Kayu and I were invited to participate in the annual Vital festival in Chengdu, a city in which I lived for 2½ years, long time ago. We did the performance with Sun Wei and his machines. For Kayu's circuit's stacking, we used the venue's scaffolding tower and fishing line. Hatsune's sister, Uzume Miku, was singing on her own on the side. Other performances included a set by Yan Jun's group Ghostmass, with puppet painting which impressed everyone. Some pics and vids by old friend 柏小坡.
