The Bìxì (贔屭) is a turtle-like mythical creature often seen carrying stone scriptures in Asia. Bìxì was built on-site at Beijing Film Academy for the "Prime Matter and Memory" international exhibition, with great help from 赵轩 Zhao Xuan and 王赫 Mastem. Bìxì is made entirely out of recycled material. The structure come from a nearby scrap-metal collection site. The scales and spikes were "sourced" from an undisclosed abandoned sports venue.

During the exhibition, a projection on the side of Bìxì was showing what he sees, using asciicap.py scriptoid.

After the exhibition, Bìxì moved to Josh's place, changed head, and made new friends.
